Happy belated Halloween, San Francisco!
I think you had a great one. You might have met your friends, worn amazing costumes, and gone to drink at the bar. By the way, do you know what crimes happened at that time?
Crimes on October 31st 2015
Below are the details.
|Category of Crimes||Number of Crimes|
|DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE||1|
|SEX OFFENSES, FORCIBLE||4|
※ NON-CRIMINAL is to involve or be involved with crime. For example, LOST and FOUND PROPERTY, DEATH REPORT, and so on.
※ OTHER OFFENSES is for example, TRAFFIC VIOLATION.
※ SECONDARY CODES is for example, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
In my opinion, as a result, there was nothing special. According to SF OpenData, the total number of crimes was 390. 2014’s average number a day is 411, so it wasn’t many. There were a bit more ASSAULTs than usual. Actually, I expected there were more crimes like DRUNKENNESS, DRUG, and SEX OFFENSES because people would be under the influence of alcohol. Although this is just one day’s data, maybe we simply enjoyed Halloween.
